Ella This Week!

Please Welcome Executive Chef Michael Thiemann

We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Chef Thiemann on board. He officially started full time in the Ella kitchen last week and will be slowly incorporating his dishes and putting his mark on some of the Ella classics. We’ve already got some gorgeous chilled Maine Lobsters on the menu as well as a dish of Burrata Cheese with Smoked Ham Hocks and Braised Collard greens on Grilled Bread. We can’t wait to see how the menu evolves. Come by soon and say hi - Chef Thiemann is super-friendly and loves to talk about food!

We did it! We brought both sides of the aisle together to savor juicy, beefy, cheesy, bacon-y goodness with our Bipartisan Burger Lunch Special. Throughout February, come in to Ella for lunch and get our Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries and a Root Beer Float made with our house made vanilla bean ice cream for $15.
 
Grab a friend or two and come in this week. Special served all through February from 11:30am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday.

Appetizers available at half off during Happy Hour include the infamous Bone Marrow (only $8 at Happy Hour) and select Oysters.
