Farms & Farmers
The Selland Family Restaurants – Selland’s Market Café, Ella Dining Room and Bar, And The Kitchen – are located in Sacramento, California - America’s Farm To Fork Capital. The Selland Family and its team of chefs have been sourcing locally grown and raised ingredients for over 20 years, and we are proud to have helped lead the movement toward buying and serving local food in our region.
Below is a list of just some of the local quality producers we’ve been lucky to call partners and friends over the years, and whose products we use at all our restaurants.
